Your profile is stored in Neon's US-East region. If you are accessing Encore from the EU, UK, or another region, your data is transferred to the United States under standard contractual clauses provided by our vendors.

EU / UK (GDPR): Our lawful bases are (a) contract — to provide the service you signed up for, (b) legitimate interest — security and product analytics, and (c) consent where applicable. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California (CCPA / CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We use one essential cookie, encore_session, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Because the cookie is strictly necessary, no banner is shown under the ePrivacy Directive.
Encore is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). Some content on the site is intended for mature audiences and is age-gated separately. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, email hello@encore.love and we will delete it.
All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Database connections use TLS. Secrets are stored in Cloudflare's encrypted secret store. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry-standard practices and will notify affected users without undue delay if a breach occurs.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you via the email on file. Continued use of Encore after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
